Privacy Policy

Draft — no effective date yet

This policy explains what Dynamic Reinforcing does with personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally your phone number, company and project location.

To protect the form from abuse, we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. We do not keep the address itself with your message.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your message and to handle your enquiry (for example a quote, a job application or a support request). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Your message is sent to our team by e-mail through an e-mail delivery provider (Resend). The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. Our website and database are hosted on infrastructure operated for us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months, unless we need to keep them longer to deal with the matter.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Use the contact form and choose “General enquiry”, or write to us at the address in the footer once it is published.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your information you can complain to us, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
